All we know is Labour activists are fuming after their Gov't is being caught out discriminating against patient choice in mental health - even the Equality And Human Rights Commission are aware of this discrimination now but are failing to act despite proof being given to them . Its a case of whose side are they on now ? Who are they protecting ? (Also see the story below )
