Wards staff it is reported to us know they are finally facing a User-backlash ..
Disenchanted by bullshit User Involvement which has almost certainly replaced Patient Choice in Mental Health for cultures of tamed Users who keep the status quo going, the "Birmingham Brothers" appear to have their roots in the saner side of madness which wants to tell the system to : "Fuck off!"
Staff who contacted UserWatch have claimed "Fuck Off!" Notices, also have written on them on the buildings owned by the Trust .
"WE WANT PATIENT CHOICE " and :
"THE SELF NEEDS ITS OWN HOMELAND - GO FUCK YOURS!"
